# 3. Steps to Get KYC Verification

### Step 1 - On the top right corner of your dashboard, click on your "profile icon" to access "My Account."

### Step 2 - At the "My Account" page, if you notice that the "KYC" status is still labeled as "Not Submitted," click on the "Not Submitted" sentence to open the KYC form. From there, you need to complete the KYC process.

### Step 3 - Fill up KYC certification.

1. **First Name:** Enter your first name (English only)
2. **Last Name:** Input your last name (English only)&#x20;
3. **Birthday:** Provide your date of birth
4. **Annual Income** : Provide your annual income in USD
5. **Occupation** : Select your occupation from the dropdown menu

### Step 4 - (Cont’d) Fill up KYC certification:

1. **Position** : Select your position within your organization from the dropdown menu
2. **Phone:** Select your country code and enter a valid phone number.
3. **Type of Identification** : Select "**Passport**" / "**ID Card**"
   * If you're from China (your phone number country code must also be China (+86)) or Hong Kong (your phone number country code must also be Hong Kong (+852)), you can choose to use either "ID card" or "Passport" for verification.
   * For other countries, only "Passport" is accepted.
4. **Passport Number :** Enter your identification number (passport number or ID number) based on the type of verification you selected.
5. **Nationality** : Select your nationality from the dropdown menu

### Step 5 - (Cont’d) Fill up KYC certification

1. **Place of Domicile**: Enter your complete residential address, including door number, street name, district/city, province/state, postal code, and country. Ensure all details are accurate and up to date.
2. **Current Residence**: Enter your full residential address, including door number, street name, district/city, province/state, postal code, and country. Please ensure all details are accurate and up to date.

### Step 6 - Depending on the type of verification and your location, upload the required images of your identification document:

* <mark style="color:red;">**For a passport, upload only the front side image.**</mark>
* <mark style="color:red;">**For an ID (only for users from China /Hong Kong), upload both the front and back side images.**</mark>

### Step 7 - Review the information you've entered and the uploaded document. If everything is accurate, click the "Submit" button to send your KYC information for verification.

### Step 8 - Please note that the KYC verification process will take approximately 3-5 working days to review. During this time, your submitted information and documents will be evaluated.

If your KYC verification has been approved and the delivery fee is paid, you will be receiving your card in about 6-8 weeks time. If your KYC process has failed, customer service will contact you with further instructions.
