📬4. Steps to Update Delivery Address :

Step 1 - Navigate to "My Account" and check your Delivery address status, which should be marked as "Not Complete. Click on "Not Complete" to update.

Step 2 - In the pop-up Address List, select "Add New" to input a new address.

Step 3 - Enter the recipient’s name:

  1. First Name: Enter your first name (English only)

  2. Last Name: Input your last name (English only)

Step 4 - Provide the recipient’s address:

  1. Address Line 1: Full street number, including unit and floor numbers if applicable.

  2. Address Line 2 (Optional): Additional details if needed.

  3. City: Recipient's city

  4. State/Province: Recipient's state or province.

  5. Postal code: Recipient's postal or ZIP code.

  6. Country/Region: Recipient's country or region.

Step 5 - Enter contact information:

  1. Phone number: Recipient's contact number.

  2. Email: Recipient's email address.

Step 6 - Optionally, set as Default Address: Choose whether to designate this address as the default for future deliveries.

Step 7 - Click "Save" to update your delivery address.

Step 8 - Proceed to make delivery fee payment at: https://form.jotform.com/233451066575054.

You will receive your card at this delivery address 6-8 weeks after your KYC is approved and delivery fees are paid.
