💳Steps to Purchase an eF+ Seed Package Using Credit Card

Version 1 (22 September 2023)

Step 1 - Go to efplus.world/login and login to your account.

Step 2 - Tap on the 3 horizontal lines at the top-left corner.

Step 3 - Tap on ‘Purchase’ on the dashboard panel.

Step 4 - Choose which Seed Package you wish to purchase by tapping on the left or right buttons (< > icon). Then choose the quantity and tap on the ‘Purchase’ button beneath the quantity.

Step 5 - A ‘Purchase By’ window will pop-up. Select any of the ‘New USDT Funds’ and tap ‘OK’.

Step 6 - An instruction page will pop-up. Scroll to below.

Step 7 - Tap on ‘Pay with Card’.

Step 8 - You will be directed to a 'Fiat Payment' page (payment gateway by Transak).

The pay amount is automatically preset. Choose your currency. Then tap ‘Buy Now’ to continue.

Step 9 - Transak needs to verify your email. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email.

Step 10 - Check your email inbox. Copy the verification code sent by Transak.

Step 11 - Key in or paste the code. Then tick to agree to the Terms of Use and tap ‘Continue’ to proceed.

Step 12 - Key in your personal details. Then tap 'Continue'.

Step 13 - Key in your address. Then tap 'Continue'.

Step 14 - Next, you are required to submit your identity document and selfie for Transak KYC purpose. Tap on 'Copy URL'.

Do not close this page/this tab. You will need to come back after the KYC is completed.

Step 15 - Open a new tab in your browser and paste the copied URL. A 'Verify your identity' page will be displayed.

Tap on 'Start verification'.

Step 16 - Search and select for your country. Then, under ‘Accepted documents’, you can select to submit either your passport, driver's license, ID card or residence permit. We have selected driver's license as an example.

Step 17 - In the Submit license page, tap 'Take photo'.

Step 18 - Take a photo of the front of your license. Tap on 'Tick' or OK button.

Step 19 - Check your image. Make sure your image and details are clear. Then tap 'Upload'.

Step 20 - In the Submit license (back) page, tap 'Take photo'.

Step 21 - Continue to take a photo of the back of your license. Tap on 'Tick' or 'OK' button.

Step 22 - Check your image. Make sure your image and details are clear. Then tap 'Upload'.

Step 23 - Next, you are required to take a selfie of yourself. Tap on ‘Continue’.

Step 24 - Tap on ‘Enable camera’ to allow phone camera access.

Step 25 - Tap on ‘Allow’ when website is asking your permission to allow access to your phone camera.

Step 26 - Tap the capture button to take a selfie.

Step 27 - Check your selfie. Make sure your entire face is visible. Then tap 'Upload'.

Step 28 - You have completed the KYC process. Transak will start verifying your identity.

Step 29 - Switch back to the previous tab in your browser (as mentioned in Step 14). The page will show verification status. Wait for the verification to complete. It may take up to few minutes.

Step 30 - Your verification is complete. Tap on 'Order Now'.

Step 31 - The Fiat Payment page will display again. Tap 'Buy Now'.

Step 32 - You be asked to enter your billing address. Tap ‘Continue’ after key in the complete address.

Step 33 - Next, key in your credit card details and tap ‘Add Card’.

Step 34 - Check the order details. Then tick to agree the Terms of Service and tap on ‘Confirm’.

Step 35 - If your bank needs to approve your card transaction, key in the OTP sent from your bank.

Step 36 - Your order in eF+ is complete, Tap the ‘X’ on the top-right corner of the page.

Step 37 - To see your purchased Seed Packages, tap the 3 horizontal lines.

Step 38 - Tap on ‘My Package’.

Step 39 - All of your purchased seed packages will be displayed here. You can swipe to the left and right to check for more details.
